Richard is a Fellow of the Life Management Association and a Self-insurance Certified Specialist with credentials in health plan benefit design. He holds BA and MBA degrees in economics and business management. His work experience includes roles as Vice President – Revenue Management with the specialty pharmacy division of major PBM’s, as well as senior roles with other pharmaceutical stakeholders.

Rick’s subject matter expertise covers a broad range of topics including specialty pharmacy, infusion services, manufacturer sponsored hub and affordability programs, provider revenue cycle management, market access, and more. Many of Rick’s professional qualifications are anchored by a strong background in insurance operations and health plan benefit administration.

Yuriy Davydov, PharmD., is an entrepreneur, a leader, and an innovator. His passion and energy in the design, execution, and growth of new ventures motivates all in his sphere of influence. By age 23, he owned his first retail pharmacy and immediately recognized the challenges faced by all stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

During the ensuing ten years, he established a diverse portfolio of investments in healthcare, real estate, finance, and technology, with healthcare being his real passion. In 2017, Yuriy began building other service organizations and technology products – all designed to change the future of healthcare.

Greg’s leadership and experience in both the corporate and independent pharmacy environments, combined with an entrepreneurial ambition, affords him with the recognition he holds today. With over 15 years in the healthcare industry, he is no stranger to success. Greg’s proficiency placed one of his independent pharmacies on the INC5000 list, awarding them the 46th Fastest Growing Healthcare Company in the nation. Greg has also been named one of the 10 Most Emerging Leaders in Healthcare, 2021. The scope of his expertise extends beyond strategy and development and includes pre-launch initiatives for various companies such as facility design, construction oversight, branding, and software development. He continues his strides towards greater accomplishments with eScript360™, an up-and-coming central fill mail-order pharmacy that is sure to make its mark as a prestigious achievement.

Arthur Gukasyan

Arthur’s insightful entrepreneurial nature recognizes an opportunity, understands how things can be improved, and rallies the right people to move forward toward a better vision. These dynamic qualities have shaped his interest and success exhibited in his portfolio of investments covering healthcare, real estate, education, and technology.

Arthur’s leading passion in healthcare launched and propelled his career as a certified nurse practitioner working at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital in their Intensive Care Unit. He inspired the next generation of healthcare professionals in his position as an adjunct professor at the Swedish Institute and College of Health Sciences. Since then, Arthur co-founded and serves on the board of EduMaKate – a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that partners with and enables underprivileged high school students to get a college degree and realize their career dreams. He has facilitated over 300 real estate transactions valued at over $100 million. He co-founded a scalable cloud-based real estate software that generates new prospects, researches, and manages over 1.9 million N.Y.C. properties. And, he has played an influential role in the investment of 3 independent pharmacies, and the methodology of the exit strategy to a national chain.

Today, his position as a board member for InfinityRx empowers and re-emphasizes his commitment to healthcare and his pledge to the Hippocratic oath he took at the beginning of his career. Arthur is a compassionate and dynamic leader committed to making patient care more affordable and accessible.

Greg Brandt is a Technical Architect with Logisolve and with over 25 years of experience designing and implementing software solutions. For the past 15 years Greg has focused in the digital healthcare domain including integrating systems with Surescripts using NCPDP standards, building PBM formulary management software product, and building ePA integration into hub services solution.
